EigenBio, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of ioGenetics, LLC, a holding company. The Board of Directors of ioGenetics, LLC oversees EigenBio, LLC.

Jane Homan
Co-Founder, ioGenetics LLC

Dr. Homan is a Co-Founder of ioGenetics, LLC and a Director of ioGenetics, Inc., a company spun out to develop a portfolio of anti-infective biotherapeutics. She has established the intellectual property portfolio underpinning the current offerings. Dr. Homan is a veterinary epidemiologist and microbiologist who came to the biotechnology sector after 20 years international, research and administrative prior experience in academia. Formerly CEO and Co-Founder of Gala Biotech Inc. (subsequently sold to Cardinal Health and now part of Catalent Inc). Homan received a PhD in virology and veterinary science from University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master’s degree in microbiology from the University of Saskatchewan. She is a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, having graduated from Glasgow University Veterinary School.



Robert Bremel
Co-Founder, ioGenetics LLC

Dr. Bremel is a Co-Founder of ioGenetics LLC. As Chief Scientific Officer of ioGenetics LLC, he has been a key inventor in the development of a broad patent portfolio. Formerly CEO and Co-Founder of Gala Biotech Inc. (subsequently sold to Cardinal Health and now part of Catalent Inc) and inventor of the GPex® technology. Dr. Bremel is a protein chemist and physiologist with a long track record in computer program development. He is an Emeritus Professor of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Bremel earned his PhD in biochemistry from St Louis University and a BS in dairy science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.



Loren Williams

Loren Williams
is president and CEO of Solutions Biosciences, a New Jersey agricultural biotechnology company. Previously Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Alpharma Inc. with responsibility for all aspects of Alpharma’s Latin America business. Previous appointments were with Agridata, Hoffman LaRoche, Hoechst and Pfizer. Mr. Williams earned an MS in Animal Nutrition from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Farleigh Dickinson University.
